Orders will be sent by DHL express cargo in the agreed time with the customer. We use DHL,FedEX and TNT for shipping purposes. You will be provided with the tracking number of your shipment right after the pickup.

Any returns not due to damaged goods are on the BUYER's account. The BUYER needs to provide proof as photos and written declaration by the courier company personnel who delivered the said parcel.
